The Art Book is our most versatile creation that gives you full creative control.
You have three options when it comes to the design of The Art Book:
- We design it for you. Both the spreads and the book covers.
- You design the spreads, we design the covers.

You can find downloadable templates with appropriate dimensions for Petra, Medea and Callia albums HERE. Please keep in mind that for Callia albums you can have either vertical or horizontal photo cover regardless of the orientation of the album.
All of our albums range 15-50 spreads, with the exception of The Art Book, which ranges 10-50 spreads (depending on the thickness of the spreads).
All of our pages are 1mm thick, with an exception of The Art Book pages, which have three levels of thickness:
Elegant Thickness -0.74mm (this is the original thickness that The Art Book has always been made with)
Standard Thickness - 0.94mm
XL Thickness - 1.44mm
The endsheets of the album are the first and the last pages you see after the cover. You can choose your endsheets to be in linen or printed linen with the design of your choice.
A regular debossing doesn’t have color, and the design is pressed into the album or box surface. The debossing is printed exactly as you type it on your submission form. Alternatively, you can choose your own designs in 4x4 and 8x8 configurations.
Please submit your files for debossing in EPS format or high-resolution JPG.
Same as debossing, but you have a choice of Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold color.
IMPORTANT: Please note that Foil Debossing is not suitable for Velvet.
To make your album soft to the touch and to add more volume to the cover you can select for the foam to be added under the cover. We also recommend not adding foam if you want to add embossing.
The orientation of logo, embossing, UV application on the lid of the Xenia box will always default to landscape, unless specified otherwise by the customer in the Additional Instructions section.

You may request changes within 48 hours of approving your order at no cost. After 48 hours, the order may already be in production, and partial or full remake fees may apply depending on the work completed. 48-hour window does not apply to rush orders.

No additional bleed is required when creating your spreads, but approximately 0.197 inch is cut off from the above spread sizes on the right, left, top, and bottom.
Do not leave any important elements within 0.197 inch margin from each edge.
For a full bleed look do not stop the images right on the cut lines, but rather extend them to the edge of the template.

Please submit your files in JPG with sRGB and at 300 DPI.

- You can select for your logo to be debossed on the albums we produce for you. There is a one time $45 fee to create a metal cliche for your logo. Once we have your logo on file all subsequent request for debossing are free of charge.
- Debossing does not work on photographic cover albums.
- Ideally we would like to receive your logo in EPS format. Other formats often would work as well as long as they are in high resolution.
- We normally make your logo to be 3-3.5 inches wide.

We can send your package directly to your clients without invoice. You can request this in the additional information when placing your order.
For U.S., Canada, Mexico: Shipping is free on all orders over $300. For everything else it is a $35 flat rate charge.
For Australia and Japan: Shipping is free on all orders over $300. Anything below is a $45 flat rate charge.
We can ship to any country in the world, but will need to provide you with a quote prior to the order.
It takes 12 business days to produce your order and 2-3 days for the product to get delivered from Europe.
To expedite an item, select the Rush option when adding the individual product. A $99 surcharge applies, and the item will ship within 7 calendar days instead of the standard 12 business days. The rush time calculation is affected by the days when the lab is closed, so please check the Holiday schedule for the current year.
This service is not available from November 15th through January 5th.
The charge applies per item.

The holiday season is our busiest time of the year, and we want to ensure your studio orders arrive in time for Christmas. Please review the following deadlines:
- Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: Orders must be placed by Saturday, November 16th at 11:59 PM EST.
- Final Shipment Date: All holiday shipments will leave our facility no later than December 15th.
- Holiday Rush Order Service: Available with a 7-day turnaround for $198.
Orders placed by November 16th (without rush) will be produced on a first-come, first-served basis and may take up to 4 weeks.
Orders placed between November 17th and December 15th may require up to 6 weeks.
Outside of the holiday period, our standard production time is 12 business days. Please also note that our production facility will be closed on December 25–26, December 31, January 1, and January 2.
We strongly recommend placing your orders early to secure timely delivery during this busy season.
